飲水思源 Lamigo江國謙回饋母校平鎮高中
擔任2018桃園市第三屆桃園盃全國三級棒球錦標賽代言人，目前效力中職Lamigo桃猿隊的江國謙，為了感謝母校平鎮高中栽培恩情，在桃園市長鄭文燦見證之下，捐出第一個月薪水5萬元給母校，由校長胡劍峰代表接受。（李明朝報導）
畢業平鎮高中的江國謙，目前是中職桃猿隊球員，這次在桃園市政府舉辦的第3屆桃園盃全國三級棒球錦標賽擔任代言人，親自出席站台，也呼籲喜愛棒球的民眾走進球場來為球員加油。
江國謙為了感謝平鎮高中的栽培，決定捐出第1個月薪水5萬元，由平鎮高中校長胡劍峰代表接受，桃園市長鄭文燦見證，江國謙表示，很開心擔任代言人，高中三年來，學校大力栽培支持，捐出第１個月薪水只是小小的心意，也很感謝張老師（張滄彬）對他的照顧栽培。
江國謙本身也曾經參加桃園盃賽事，他認為桃園盃有來自外國的球隊，可以相互學習、增加比賽經驗，另外，國內有許多棒球強隊也報名參與，提升比賽強度，能夠參與球員，相信可以學習到很多。
桃園市教育局表示，2018桃園市第三屆桃園盃全國三級棒球錦標賽邀請共80隊，約1,500名球員一同較勁。
